Help For Male Victims
If you are a male victim of domestic abuse, you are not alone, we are here for you. No matter what your background, age, job, race or sexuality, we are here to listen, provide support and give you information including signposting you to appropriate local services.
One is six men will be a victim of domestic abuse in their lifetime:
You are not weak
You are not alone
(Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm)
We also welcome calls from relatives, friends, work colleagues or neighbours seeking information on what to do if someone they know or think is a victim.
.Our helpline is operated by trained people who can give both listening and practical support as well as providing information and signposting you to local services.
If we cannot help directly, we know people and organisations who can.
We do not reply to emails for personal safety reasons as any reply may be intercepted by the perpetrator.
Unfortunately we are also unable to provide letters of support for legal aid, etc. as our telephone helpline does not hold client case files or provide an advocacy service. There are template domestic abuse letters on the Government website.
We are a member of the Helplines Partnership.
